Processing times
Order verification
Orders are verified automatically to prevent fraud. If additional verification is required, our team will contact you via email.
Fulfillment
Standard processing is 1 business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.
Carrier pickup
Carriers collect daily, Monday–Friday. Tracking activates once the parcel is scanned at the hub.

Some regions are delivery‑limited. If we cannot ship to your address, we will notify and refund promptly.

Order tracking
A tracking link is emailed when your label is created. It may take up to 24 hours to show scans.
Multiple‑item orders may ship in separate parcels; you will receive a tracking link for each shipment.

Duties, taxes & import fees
Prices on casablancashirts.org are displayed in USD and exclude taxes. Sales tax is applied to U.S. orders where required. International orders may incur import duties, VAT, and brokerage fees charged by local customs.
U.S.: Sales tax calculated at checkout where applicable.
International: Orders ship DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) unless stated otherwise at checkout. The recipient is responsible for any fees assessed by customs.
Refusal: If duties are refused and the parcel is returned, original shipping is non‑refundable. Return shipping and any additional fees may be deducted from the refund.
Addresses, PO boxes & changes
We cannot ship to freight forwarders where fraud risk is detected.
PO Boxes: Available for USPS services; express carriers may require a physical address.
APO/FPO: Ship via USPS where supported. Transit times vary by military network.
Address updates: Email [email protected] immediately. We can modify addresses before the order has shipped. After dispatch, requests must be handled by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Delivery issues
Marked delivered but not received: Check with neighbors and your building/concierge first. If not found within 24 hours, contact us and your carrier to open a trace.
Lost in transit: We will assist with a carrier investigation. Replacement or refund is issued upon confirmation per carrier policy.
Damaged parcels: Photograph the packaging and item within 48 hours of delivery and contact support.
Signature: Some high‑value orders may require a signature at delivery.
Packaging & sustainability
Orders are shipped in recyclable mailers or cartons with minimal plastic. We work with carriers to consolidate shipments where possible, reducing emissions and packaging waste.
Preorders & split shipments
Preorders: Estimated ship windows are displayed on the product page and in checkout. Mixed carts may ship when all items are available unless you choose split shipping.
Split shipments: We may ship available items first at no extra cost when it improves delivery speed.
Holiday & peak shipping
Carriers experience seasonal delays. We publish recommended cutoff dates each season; order early for the best chance of on‑time delivery.
