1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of casablancashirts.org (the “Site”) and your purchase of products from Casablanca Shirts (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy and Refund & Returns Policy.

We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including product availability, errors in product or pricing information, suspected fraud, or other issues we deem appropriate. If your order is canceled after your payment has been processed, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Order confirmation emails acknowledge receipt of your order but do not constitute acceptance. Acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched, at which point a contract is formed.

Prices displayed on the Site are shown in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. We may change prices at any time without notice; such changes will not affect orders already accepted.
- Taxes and duties: Applicable sales tax and, for international shipments, import duties and fees may be charged according to destination regulations.
- Payment methods: We accept major credit/debit cards and other methods shown at checkout. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge the full order amount.
- Pricing errors: If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to error, we may cancel orders placed for that product and refund any amounts charged.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping options, rates, and estimated delivery times are presented at checkout and in our Shipping Information page. Delivery estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. For international orders, you are responsible for ensuring the products can be lawfully imported and for any associated requirements.
6. Returns & Refunds

- Promotions cannot be combined unless expressly stated and are not redeemable for cash.
- Gift cards or store credit (if offered) are redeemable only on the Site and cannot be reloaded, resold, or redeemed for cash except as required by law.
